Mike Devji

President/Director

Mr. Devji has many years of experience in financing public companies. He is also Vice President of Orko Silver Corp.  Mr. Devji led a group of investors who financed a 40%interest in the South Kemess Gold-Copper Deposit in British Columbia, Canada. That interest was subsequently sold for over $400 million dollars.

George Cavey

Director

Mr. Cavey is past President of the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists. Since 1982 he has consulted and supervised exploration projects throughout North, Central, and South America and Africa. In 2004 he was the recipient of the C.J. Westerman Award - APEGBC's highest honor for a Professional Geoscientist. In 2010, he was awarded the Canadian Professional Geoscientist award.

Cyrus Driver

Director

Mr. Driver is a chartered accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.  Having over 25 years of accounting experience, and specialising in serving TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and members of the brokerage community, Mr. Driver has been on the Board of Directors of numerous public companies over the last 10 years.  He was the Chief Financial Officer of Superior Mining International Corporation from January 23, 2007 until March 22, 2011.  He is considered an expert in the securities industry.
